В анимированном уровне нет данной настройки т.к. он принимает только целые значения, в соответствии с которыми отображает определенное состояние. Т.е. у данного уровня нет ползунка для точного позиционирования, вместо него есть только определенное количество состояний, между которыми он переключается.
