При открытии нового попапа, он просто появляется поверх старых. Поэтому камеры на старых попапах продолжают работать. Вам необходимо либо закрывать старые папапы с помощью метода IR.HidePopup например, либо выключать камеры на них, когда открыт новый попап с одной камерой.
