Вы можете скриптом подменять адрес на картинке в зависимости от состояния (внутри сети/удаленно), а поток каждой камеры пробросить на роутере. Но я ОЧЕНЬ не рекомендую такой путь, т.к. прошивки большинства камер очень дырявые и торчащий наружу порт - это приглашение посмотреть картинку с камеры. Да и наш сервер не предназначен для открытия на внешку управляющего порта (хотя тут мы каждую версию дорабатываем механизм).

Поток идет напрямую - все верно. Что такое "завернуть его через сервер с запихиванием в контрольный канал" не совсем понял )))
