KNX Type: Scene control
Value: 0...63 - call scene from 0 to 63
Value: 128...191 - learn scene from 0 to 63. 128 = Learn Scene 0
It should work prooerly, but we don't have an equipment to check. If the calling of scene works, so the group address type is ok, and the problem with lerning related with some other reason

I added HWIDs of PC and iPhone in your script and check the uploading from PC (iRidium 2.2.3) and iPhone (i2 Control V2.2 current version). Downloading takes about 30-40 seconds, then your project starts. So it works properly as I can see.
If it doesn't work on your phone, please tell me the nmodel of your phone, OS version, iRidium version. Please check that the phone have an access to internet

TTL in BAOS 777 = 64
You have to activate the VPN in iOS and Android settings, they supports this service. But iRidium support is not able to support you in network administration. We didn't faced with your router and cannot help you with it (this services is outside the framework of technical support). Please contact to your Internet provider, they usually provide services for network setup.
If you plan to use KNX Router (KNXnet/IP) driver, you have to forward the port 3671 (UDP)
If you plan to use KNX IP BAOS (771/772) driver, you have to forward the port 12004 (TCP)

Евгений, what about BAOS 777? We have one of them in office and able to check, but I have to know where I can see this property.
May be the new model fixes this issue.
